At HIMSS, we honor the dedication of our veterans. Through our Hero's Welcome membership program, we’ve tailored special benefits to show appreciation for your service.
This exclusive program offers a complimentary one-year membership extended to U.S. military veterans who are new to HIMSS.
Qualified Candidates:
We welcome U.S. veterans seeking career training and employment in the fields of healthcare or health information technology. To qualify for the program, veterans should meet the following criteria:
- Honorable/Medically Discharged: You must have received an honorable and or medical discharge from service.
- Membership Status: You have not previously received a Veteran’s complimentary membership.
- Eligibility: You cannot be eligible for other complimentary HIMSS membership opportunities.
- Required: Participate in HIMSS Veterans Community.
